It's difficult to find support for the struggles you are facing. From a foundation of compassion, I will work next to you as you learn from and manage your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Using up-to-date training, we will identify self-defeating patterns that served us well in the past, but cause problems in the present, and limit options for the future.
I target strategies to meet client needs and preferences. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples. We can explore various concerns - my experience areas include trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and spirituality. I believe that relational safety is a foundation for change, so my approach is genuine and kind. Having lived in various cross-cultural contexts, I strive to understand your unique experience in the world with non-judgmental curiosity. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and I also draw from EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Mindfulness, and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
Everyone experiences overwhelming times that tempt us to withdraw. It takes courage to reach out and hope for change. I would be honored to meet you there.
